Preparation

Prepare the beef patties

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the mixture into 10 equal parts and shape them into burger patties. Ensure they are slightly larger than the burger buns.
Cook the Onions
- In a skillet, heat some butter or oil over medium heat.
- Add the thinly sliced onions and cook until they are soft and caramelized, about 10-15 minutes. Set aside.
Cook the Burgers
