Preparation

  1. Whole Roasted BBQ Cauliflower

    • Preheat Smoker at 275 F.
    • Divide the RUB in the 10 ea. Cauliflower Heads and work the wet rub in using a pastry brush.
    • Cook for 2 hours and hold them warm for service.  
  2. Wet Rub

    • Combine all WET RUB ingredients using a big bowl and mix well.
