Preparation

  1. Prepare the Gravy

    • In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.
    • Once the water is boiling, gradually whisk in 4 tablespoons of Knorr® Professional Instant Turkey Gravy Mix.
    • Reduce the heat to low and continue to whisk the gravy mixture constantly for about 1-2 minutes, or until it thickens to your desired consistency.
    • Once the gravy has thickened, remove the saucepan from the heat.
    • Taste the gravy and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You can add more Knorr® Professional Instant Turkey Gravy Mix for a thicker consistency or more water for a thinner consistency.
  2. Make the Stuffing Muffins

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line it with paper liner.
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread, diced onion, celery, carrots, mushrooms, parsley, and minced garlic.
    • In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a simmer. Dissolve 2 teaspoons of Knorr Low Sodium Vegetable Base in the simmering water, stirring until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, vegetable broth, melted butter, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
    • Pour the wet ingredients over the bread mixture in the large bowl. Use a spatula or your hands to gently toss everything together until the bread is evenly coated with the liquid mixture. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the bread to absorb the liquid.
    • Once the bread has absorbed the liquid, divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups in the prepared tin, pressing it down gently with your hands to compact it.
    • Bake the stuffing muffins in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown on top and set in the middle.
    • Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
    • Serve the stuffing muffins warm as a delicious side dish for your meal.
    • Enjoy your stuffing muffins made with Knorr Low Sodium Vegetable Base! Don’t Forget to Serve with a side of Knorr Instant Turkey Gravy.
