  1. Prepare the dish

    • Mix the beef with the onion powder, garlic, and panade (bread with milk), egg, and Knorr Beef Base.
    •  Roll into 3 oz balls, place on a parchment lined sheet tray and bake for 25 minutes at 375.
    • To serve, place meatballs on a tray covered with the shredded mozzarella and bake until cheese melts. 
    • Cut the garlic knot in half ,stuff with the meatball and enjoy.
