Preparation

  1. Burger Patties

    • Combine Himalayan Salt with the grated Squash in a clean bowl & let it sit for 10 minutes. Now squeeze the squash, using a fine colander to remove as much water as possible.
    • Smash the pinto beans & combine the rest of the ingredients together to form patties.
    • Cook Patties on a low to medium heat, using a non-stick pan for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
    (Patties could be cooked in a convection oven at 400 F for 12-15 min/use nonstick material for perfect browning.)
  2. Serrano-Avo MAYO Sauce

    • Using a high-speed blender; combine all the ingredients and puree/mix for about 45 sec. to a minute. Place sauce on a squeeze bottle & have it ready/refrigerated for the burgers.
