Avocado and Braised Pepper Sauce:

  • Avocado 100.0 g
  • Grilled pepper 200.0 g
  • Roasted garlic cloves 60.0 g
  • Knorr chicken essence 20.0 g
  • Knorr green Sichuan pepper spicy sauce 80.0 g
  • Knorr fresh spicy seasoning 10.0 g

Preparation

  1. Borderless Burger

    • Prepare the Avocado and Grilled Pepper Sauce according to the ratio and set aside.
    • Pan-fry the beef burger patty until cooked through and place a cheese slice on top to melt. Set aside.
    • Spread 10g of Hellmann’s mayonnaise on the bottom of the hamburger bun. Layer with tomato slices, avocado slices, grilled pepper segments, cheese-topped beef patty, fried egg, arugula, and avocado and grilled pepper sauce. Top with the bun lid.
