Preparation

  1. Prepare The Ribs

    • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
    • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. This can be done by sliding a knife under the membrane and pulling it off.
    • In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
    • Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated.
    • Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Pour the apple cider vinegar and water into the bottom of the baking sheet.
    • Cover the ribs tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
  2. Prepare the Knorr® Professional Beef Gravy

    • While the ribs are baking, prepare the Knorr® Professional Beef Gravy according to the package instructions.
  3. Finish the Ribs

    • Once the ribs are tender, remove them from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
    • Brush the ribs with a layer of the prepared Knorr Beef Gravy.
    • Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the gravy is bubbly and slightly caramelized.
  4. Serve

    • Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before cutting them into individual portions.
    • Serve the ribs with extra Knorr® Professional Beef Gravy on the side.
