    • In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the turkey breast.
    • Brush the marinade evenly over the turkey breast and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).
    • Remove the turkey from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roast the turkey breast on a wire rack for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
    • Optionally, you can turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking to brown the top, being careful not to burn the turkey.
    • Let the turkey rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and rosemary sprigs.
    • TIP: Use a meat thermometer to ensure the turkey breast reaches a safe internal temperature of 165°F.
