Preparation

  1. Pastor Tacos

    1. Heat olive oil in an appropriately sized pot. Cook the onion, garlic, pineapple and tomatoes until golden brown. Add the spices, chiles and achiote and cook until fragrant. Add the water, vinegar and orange juice and cook until peppers are tender. Cool and blend until smooth. Season with Knorr.
    2. Season the chicken with knorr and kosher salt. Add some marinade to the chicken and marinate overnight.
    3. Make 3 oz skewers and reserve
    4. Air Fry the skewers at 450 F for 15 mins.
    5. Plate tacos.
