Preparation

  1. Prepare the Steak

    • Season the steak with salt and pepper.
    • Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of olive oil.
    • Cook the steak to your desired doneness (medium-rare is recommended for tenderness).
    • Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  2. Prepare the Baguettes

    • Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise.
    • Lightly toast the baguette halves on the grill or in the oven until golden brown.
  3. Assemble the Sandwiches
