Preparation

  1. Sopa de Fideos

    • In a blender, buzz the onion, guajillo, oregano and 1 cup of the prepared Knorr Professional Caldo de Vegetales.
    • In a large hot pot, add oil and pasta. Sautee for 2 minutes. Add the guajillo mixture and add the remaining broth.
    • Let that all simmer at low heat for about 15 minutes. The pasta should be nice and tender.
    • Serve in a bowl and garnish with avocado and cilantro leaves.
