Preparation

  1. Prepare the Carnitas Tacos

    • Season the pork shoulder with the salt and Knorr Chicken Bouillon.
    • Heat the lard over medium heat and add the pork, garlic, oranges, bay leaves and oregano to the pot.
    • Cover and cook until tender and golden brown (about 1.5 hours).
    • Serve on tortillas with salsa, cilantro, onion, lime.
