Working in the food service industry can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be mentally and emotionally demanding. Long hours, high-pressure environments, customer interactions, and physical exhaustion can take a toll on your mental wellbeing. Whether you're a cook, server, bartender, or manager, it's important to know that you’re not alone in facing the unique challenges of this profession.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling with your mental health, it's okay to ask for help. Taking care of your mind is just as important as caring for your body. We’ve gathered a list of resources and helplines specifically for food service workers, offering support for issues like stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.
