Watch UFS Chef Dan Burrows make and assemble Thai Chicken and Lettuce Wraps. A light snack made with ground chicken meat, shallots, serrano pepper, ginger, kaffir lime leaves, garlic, lemongrass and nam pla which is fermented fish sauce. Chicken salad is assembled in a lettuce leaf, and topped with peanuts.
