Gwangjang market is Seoul’s oldest street market, where you’ll find blue crab marinated in soy, small crabs dressed in red pepper paste, different varieties of kimchi, and yukhoe Korean steak tartare. Similar to French steak tartare, the Korean version is seasoned with soy, sugar, salt, sesame oil, spring onion, minced garlic, sesame seeds, black pepper and julienned Korean pear, and served with a raw egg on top.
